Serebii ha confirmado que Nintendo de forma inesperada va a estar ofreciendo diversos regalos misteriosos en el juego. Los primeros regalos están ya disponibles hasta el próximo día 28 de mayo de 2020 y después de esa fecha todavía habrá más.
Se cree que esta nueva tanda de regalos misteriosos por parte de Nintendo es una forma de preparar a los jugadores para la llegada el próximo mes de junio del primer DLC que recibirá Pokémon Espada y Escudo: La isla de la armadura. Desde hoy hasta el próximo 28 de mayo de 2020 a las 23:59 UTC hay disponibles estos dos regalos:
- Mr. Mime de Galar: al nivel 15 y que cuenta con la habilidad oculta Gélido así como el objeto Cinta Clásica.
- Una colección de Poké Balls: Cebo Ball, Peso Ball, Luna Ball y Ensueño Ball.
Después del 28 de mayo, se ha confirmado que Nintendo seguirá dando más regalos en días diferentes. Las fechas son:
- Ponyta de Galar: se podrá obtener desde el 29 de mayo de 2020 a las 00:00 UTC y hasta el 4 de junio a las 23:59 UTC. Además vendrá con un lote de colección de Poké Balls.
- Corsola de Galar: se podrá obtener desde el 5 de junio de 2020 a las 00:00 UTC y hasta el 11 de junio a las 23:59 UTC. Además vendrá con un lote de objetos evolutivos.
- Meowth de Galar: se podrá obtener desde el 12 de junio de 2020 a las 00:00 UTC (se desconoce hasta qué fecha estará disponible). Además vendrá con varios objetos como caramelos de exp.
